Refund and Return Policy

All orders placed through our store are fulfilled by Amazon (Fulfillment by Amazon / FBA). Because of this, our return and refund process mirrors Amazon's own fulfillment and returns standards, so you get the same experience you would if you purchased directly on Amazon.

Most items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in new, unused condition. The return window begins on the date the package is marked as delivered, not the date it was ordered.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned:

• With all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories included
• Free of damage, heavy wear, or missing components

Items returned outside these conditions (for example, opened, used, or missing parts) may be subject to a reduced refund or restocking fee.

Restocking Fees

• Items returned in original condition after the 30-day window (where approved) may incur a partial deduction from the refund.
• Items returned damaged, incomplete, or showing signs of heavy use may incur a larger deduction from the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our support team right away. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
